Makerspace at Deer Park Library

About

The Maker Space at Deer Park Library is a creative haven for crafters and makers, filled with tools and equipment to bring your projects to life. It’s a self-learning space: staff can help you get started and assist with basic troubleshooting, but aren’t experts in every piece of equipment. Make new friends, learn together and walk away with new skills! To use the space, book in and attend one of our regular Safety Inductions, after which you’ll have access to our full range of maker equipment. Users must be 15+, and anyone younger must be directly supervised by an inducted adult. We encourage booking equipment ahead, but walk-ins are welcome.
