About
The MCIC Makerspace sits within the Michael Crouch Innovation Centre, UNSW's hub for entrepreneurship and the home of UNSW Founders. It is a training, prototyping and project space aimed at supporting startups and founders with practical hardware development. The makerspace provides a wide mix of equipment including tools for leather, jewellery and sewing, woodwork, and a suite of digital fabrication machines (laser cutters, Bambu and Formlabs 3D printers) used by students, researchers and startups for rapid prototyping. Access is via a Makerspace Safety Induction and digital badge system.
