The University of Newcastle Library MakerSpace, based in the Auchmuty Library at the Callaghan campus and partnered with Gosford Regional Library, provides free access to 3D printers and other maker technologies for the university community. After a short induction, students and staff can book time on equipment, attend workshops and prototype ideas using digital design tools, printers and maker kits.
